Day 13 and final day of Full Costa Rica adventure by Bamba Experience

Todays itinerary:
Manuel Antonio to San Jose

Get picked up at Los Altos Hotel, Manuel Antonio at 12:35 pm by a shared van of Interbus and ride 4 hrs to DoubleTree by Hilton Cariari, San Jose.”

I get up. Again, the howler monkeys. Todays noise is really weird. I cook coffee, pack my things, call for shuttle to Los Altos. It arrives within minutes. There I put my luggage into the locker, have breakfast in the restaurant, then I hit the gym. It is fair equiped. The threadmill reduces speed by 5 kmh as I step in it. Should I war less, no, bot really I think, it is a technical issue of the treadmill. Instead of running just a little bit weights.

I go to the pool. Front sunbeds blocked with towels. Aha. I do the check-in for tomorrows copa flight to panama – cartagena. Emergency exit row. Hispanos donot like to fly emergency exit. Later the italian girls come and go to the front row sunbeds. Aha.

At 12:45 pm Interbus comes. I pay the hotel check with the rest of my colones and the “construction noise” credit. Very fair for the food.

The bus is full. The driver says traffic is not so bad, including the mandatory 20 min stop at the same huge souvenir shop without proper food options of 20 minutes, we will be in San Jose at approximately 16:00 hrs.

At least we generate 100 % carbon offset. I didnot no the drive with carbon here … even angela planned the carbon phase out.

It is 16:30 hrs when I arrive in doubletree. In the end there was a lot traffic around the airport. I get my hot choco cookie, my room. Ice cold. Americanos. I get the bags from the locker and go to and into the pool. Then I repack everything flight safe. Shower. Dinner.

Pay in USD, fair rate. 3 different music streams in one restaurant, too much. No slippers in the room, last time I got 2 pairs. Alarm clock to 4:15 am. Last night in Costa Rica.

Accommodation: DoubleTree by Hilton Cariari, San Jose, Costa Rica
